Currently, the core products of the company include thermal processes (diffusion, oxidation, annealing, etc.), LPCVD, PECVD, ALD, lasers, and various compatible automation solutions. The application areas are primarily focused on the research, development, and manufacturing of high-efficiency solar cells and semiconductor discrete devices. Currently, Laplace has established six major R&D centers, four production centers, and three customer service centers for the international market.
